Excelsus is situated on the Free State side of the
Vaal Dam between Oranjeville and Deneysville on the
farm Roodepoortjie. Excelsus has twelve kilometers
of dam frontage and farms only with stud cattle,
raising calves on natural veld and perennial planted
pastures.
To breed the best possible seed stock for the use of
our commercial and stud clients and to improve their
own genetics by using old fashioned breeding
principles mixed with cutting edge technology and
the best expertise available.
To handle, breed, market and maintain the high
quality stock available using all our natural
